The vision for Claremont Quarter is to create an integrated, active urban village where people live, work, shop and are entertained.
Claremont Quarter is being developed in two stages, with Stage 1 of the western end of the development now open and encompassing electrical, entertainment and fashion specialty retailers, along with a fresh food precinct opening at the end of the year.
Stage 2, the east end of Claremont Quarter, is set to open in 2011 offering stylish and contemporary fashion and homewares, including David Jones.
In Stage 2, Claremont Quarter will include a Town Square and a central lane to encourage even more movement in and around the centre.

The redevelopment will provide a stylish outcome. Stylish in presentation, in the retail and residential offering and in the way in which the centre integrates with the rest of Claremont.

'Claremont Residences' will provide a sanctuary for residences.

The innovative planning and design of Claremont Quarter will ensure that this area becomes an icon of stylish and fashionable living for the people of Western Australia.
Community
The redevelopment will become an integral part of the community and so strategies to integrate with the local community have been initiated and will continue over the long term. The project team is committed to partnering The Town of Claremont, as representative for the community, as well as working with grassroots communities on special projects and events.

Claremont has, for over 100 years, always maintained an element of ‘exclusivity’ amongst its well-educated and discerning community and patronage. We appreciate and intend to add to this sentiment in the creation of the redevelopment.
Dynamic
The project team embraces the pace at which the community operates around the development. This ensures a dynamic program throughout the final stage of the creation of the new residential and retail spaces that will provide invigorating and vibrant spaces.
