Claremont Quarter has been transformed for Carnival Night Kitchen, with South American inspired entertainment, mouth watering street food, and pop up cocktail bars.

The Square will become a vibrant night market with food trucks and stalls, a pop up cocktail bar, and live entertainment.
On the menu - Nimrod’s Argentinean Peri Free Range Wings and Chilean jamon red wine beef ribs, Comida do Sul’s Brazilian food truck, La Paletas Mexican ice treats, Braza Churros' Brazilian style churros, El Asador's Argentinean BBQ ribs, Marcelita's Columbian Empanadas, Rancho Latino's pupusas, Pizza Queen’s Brazilian pizzas and tapas, Lupita's Mexican rustic street food, Arepas Venezuelan’s Arepas and Cachapas, and a South American cocktail bar.
Bringing the sound of South America to the Square and the Lane over the three weeks is Banda Fuego, the Eduardo Cossio Trio, Marcio Mendes Duo, and Juliana Areais - Bossa Nosa Baby, with added entertainment from Yamina the Fire Queen and an International fire dancing duo.

Beluga Restuarant spills into the Lane with a relaxed pop up bar & restaurant. Executive Chef Pete Manifis has curated an exclusive South American inspired piccolo menu of Pulled Pork Enchiladas, Chimichurri Beef, Tuna Ceviche, Ancient Grain Salad, & Spicy Corn on a Cob, matched with Cairpirinhas, Corona, Lorca Sparkling, Juan Carrau Sav Blanc, & Mendel Malbec.
You can also expect to see some special Carnival infused activity from Grill'd and Mad Mex.
