Move Nourish Believe session by Lorna Jane

Level 2 turned into a fitness hub, courtesy of this inspiring and motivational workshop by Lorna Jane Claremont.

The session was all about living the Lorna Jane philosophy of 'Move, Nourish, Believe' and encouraging you to live your best life.

Personal Trainer Melissa Golowit from Best You Can Be PT got the group fired up with a 30 minute boxercise workout, focusing on boxing technique (with a few burpees and planks thrown in for good meaure!)

After a fantastic workout, the team from Juice Plus+ talked nutrition and clean-eating, while the group cooled down with a refreshing and energising green smoothie.
