Hawaiian Fully Acquires Claremont Quarter

Hawaiian is delighted to announce that on Thursday, October 31, 2024, the acquisition of Claremont Quarter was successfully completed, officially making Hawaiian the sole owner of the centre.

This significant milestone marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Claremont Quarter and its community as it also announces the completion of construction works on its new Laneway precinct.

Richard Kilbane, Chief Operating Officer at Hawaiian said the acquisition underpins Hawaiian’s strong confidence in the future of the centre and its commitment to creating thriving communities.

We are grateful for the partnership we shared with our outgoing partners at QIC and for the opportunity for Hawaiian to acquire Claremont Quarter. Their contributions have helped shape the centre into what it is today,” Mr Kilbane said.

“We look forward to rolling out a number of exciting new developments in 2025 to improve the experience of our retailers and shoppers” he added.

Last month, it was also announced female-founded Australian fashion brand, DISSH would open the doors to its first WA boutique at Claremont Quarter, in late 2024.

Hawaiian has been responsible for the on-site management of the centre since its construction and will seamlessly continue to offer the same high-quality services to our retailers and the community.
