I get lost in the backstreets of Rome, scribbling love notes to myself and the world on cobblestones and napkins. I unfurl beneath painted ceilings, flanked by flocks of doting cherubs. It’s as if the world just exists just for me.
In Milan, I dance to street musicians playing my song and play the muse for poets and artists. The scent of fresh espresso and ripe lemons lingers on the breeze like a lover.
My hair curls and crinkles fresh out of the Amalfi every morning. I dine on pizza for breakfast, lick gelato from my fingers, leap from too-high rocks into endless ocean and charm my way onto the backseat of a stranger’s vespa.
Here, I am everything, everywhere, all at once: a muse, a poet, a child and a goddess – ever expanding just for the thrill of it.
