Please take note of the below T&Cs before your purchase.

These Key Terms and Conditions are to be adhered to by all parties including Claremont Quarter Shopping Centre, its retailers and customers.

• Treat this gift card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
• This gift card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts.
• This gift card is redeemable for merchandise or services at participating Claremont Quarter retail stores only. For a list of participating stores visit www.claremontquarter.com.au.
• This gift card expires 3 years from the date of issue.
• This gift card will be void and may not be redeemed after the expiry date.
• This gift card cannot be reloaded. The balances of several gift cards may not be consolidated onto a new gift card.
• This gift card is partially redeemable. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of this gift card will not be refunded or credited.
• Where the purchase exceeds the available gift card balance, you will be required to pay the difference by another payment method.
• You are liable for all transactions on your gift card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or by any of our employees.
• Any complaints about goods or services purchased with a gift card must be resolved directly with the store concerned.
• Claremont Quarter gift cards can be credited with any amount between $5 and $1000.
• This card cannot be redeemed at any time when the store’s EFTPOS or XPOS system is offline for any reason.
• To check your available gift card balance or if you have any reason to believe that an error has occurred in relation to a Claremont Quarter Gift Card please call 1300 55 33 80.
• Purchase or use of this gift card constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use.
• We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. Changes to Terms and Conditions of Use will be available at www.claremontquarter.com.au.
• We reserve the right to cancel any gift card or the gift card scheme for any reason at any time without notice. In these circumstances, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card.
• These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of WA.
