Gin Gin Mule Mocktail
Take a mule and mojito with a good slug of Lyre’s Dry London Spirit and you’ll end up with the Gin Gin Mule. This modern classic was created in NYC’s Pegu Club and it’s an easy, delicious drink. The ingredients are also in the title, gin and gin(ger).
Ingredients
- 60mL Lyre’s Dry London Spirit
- 90mL premium ginger ale
- 15mL lime juice
- 7.5mL white sugar syrup
- 8 mint leaves
Method
Add ingredients to glass, fill with ice, stir. Serve in a highball glass and garnish with mint sprigs and a lime wedge.
