The redevelopment will transform the existing Town Square and Laneway into welcoming and multifunctional public spaces, providing improved protection from the elements, comfortable seating areas, greenery, and other upgraded amenities.

The CQ Town Square and Laneway project will provide unique experiences, new food and beverage options and other experiences to benefit the community and positively contribute to Claremont’s burgeoning economy.
