Public toilets, including disabled toilets and parents’ rooms, are located throughout the Centre. You can find them on Level 1 (access off The Lane) and Level 2 (near Centre Management).
The closest taxi and rideshare rank is located on Bay View Tce, outside Priceline.
If you require mobility assistance for your shopping experience, please let our friendly team know. The Centre offers a complimentary wheelchair and gopher loan service.
To access these services, please contact Guest Services on Level 2 (opposite Rodd & Gunn). As this service is subject to availability, we recommend booking the services in advance if you know you will require them on your visit to Claremont Quarter. You can book by contacting our Guest Services team.
Any mobility scooter operated in the Centre must not be driven at a pace faster than walking pace, and must be utilised in a safe and responsible manner at all times

With over 1200 car bays available, complete with an LED guidance system, finding a place to park has never been easier.
Enjoy easy, hassle-free car parking which ends the use of environmentally-unfriendly paper tickets.
Using Licence Plate Recognition technology, the new Ticketless Parking system does all the work – there’s no need to claim a paper ticket to enter the Claremont Quarter car park, no need to remember to hold on to the ticket during your visit and no more rummaging around searching for a misplaced ticket to exit!

The Basement and Upper Deck carparks are accessible via Gugeri Street and Divers Link, as shown by the ‘B’ and ‘D’ on the map. Limited street parking is also available on Bay View Tce and St Quentin Ave.
The Basement carpark offers easy Centre access via lifts and a travellator. It is fitted with a state-of-the-art LED guidance system, which makes finding an available bay easier – simply follow the green lights! Entry into the Basement carpark is possible via Gugeri St or Divers Link.
The Upper Deck carpark includes four levels (2, 2A, 3 and 4), all with easy access to the lifts and travellators. Entry to the Upper Deck carparks is via Gugeri St.
ACROD bays are available for approved users in both the Basement and Upper Deck carparks.
To help make things easier for those with prams, designated bays are available in the Basement carpark, and Level 3 of the Upper Deck carpark.
Senior bays can be found on Level 3 of the Upper Deck carpark. These bays are conveniently located next to the lift.
Claremont Quarter retail staff are eligible for staff parking rates. You will need to discuss this with your store manager directly and then click the button below to set up your account.
